CUS Construction is the U.S. real estate development and construction arm of the international Cihangir Group, a major Turkish firm with a heritage of over 40 years in global engineering and infrastructure.

Our Roots and Expertise

Our foundation was laid in 2016 as part of the Cihangir Group's strategic international expansion. We bring the Group's established legacy of integrity, technical precision, and proven experience—which spans public infrastructure, large-scale construction, and specialized engineering—directly to the American market. The Cihangir Group was originally founded in 1980 by Mehmet Cihangir Yucel, a civil engineer who built his expertise through demanding positions in Turkish highway administration and international site management. This history ensures that every CUS Construction project is executed with a deeply rooted commitment to quality and efficient problem-solving.
