The project involved the construction of 579 residences, and one Commercial Center in the Safranbolu district of Karabük. The total construction area spans approximately 78,000 m2. The residences, built using the tunnel formwork system and featuring a ground + 3-story height limit, include 417 units in a 2+1 layout and 162 units in a 3+1 layout. The Commercial Center was built using a conventional formwork system. A strong emphasis was placed on aesthetics and community design, creating a central courtyard layout for blocks to enhance pedestrian flow, traffic, function, and aesthetics. The façade design meticulously adheres to traditional Safranbolu architecture, featuring wrought iron railings, local stone cladding, decorative jambs, buttresses, and wood-look eaves. The unique narrow, elongated windows and cantilevered elements ("çıkmalar"), typical of Safranbolu houses, break the monotony of the block exteriors. Importantly, 80% of the project area is dedicated to landscaping, which includes children's play areas, outdoor sports and seating areas, walking paths, groves, and open parking.
