The project is a crucial, integrated urban renewal development located in the Orhantepe neighborhood of Kartal, Istanbul, completed under the scope of Urban Transformation and Development Projects (Kentsel Dönüşüm ve Gelişim Projeleri). The initiative successfully transformed a high-risk area by delivering 105 modern residences and 25 commercial shop units. The entire project, which included the completion of all necessary infrastructure and landscaping work, was initiated in 2019 and impressively opened for public use within a remarkably short period of 7 months. This development significantly contributes to risk mitigation and the socio-economic revitalization of the district.
