The project involved the construction of 224 residences in the neighborhood of Kaman, Kırsehir. It was built on approximately 26,000 m2 of land, resulting in a total construction area of 36,000 m2. The residences, constructed using the tunnel formwork system, feature a maximum height of ground plus three stories (four stories total). The unit breakdown includes 58 units in a 2+1 layout and 166 units in a 3+1 layout. The architectural design was carefully considered to reflect the traditional Turkish houses of the Kırsehir region. This is evident in the façade treatments, which feature local stone cladding and wood-look coverings at the ground floor level, along with specially designed decorative windows. A substantial 70% of the project area is dedicated to landscaping, providing a high-quality social environment for residents with children's play areas, outdoor sports and seating areas, walking paths, groves, and open parking. This extensive landscaping makes the development a valuable public space for daily community activities
