The project was a comprehensive rehabilitation of an existing 1977-built single-family townhouse/rowhouse located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The initiative transformed the structure into a high-end urban home by addressing both aesthetic and functional obsolescence. The scope included major system upgrades, such as the installation of a new roof, new efficient windows, and new high-efficiency HVAC systems. The interior received modern, quality finishes, including new hardwood flooring, quartz/solid surface kitchen and bathroom countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. This extensive effort revitalized the home, adding a substantial, modernized, owner-occupied asset back into the neighborhood housing stock.
